The cemetery was established on a trapezoidal plan; at the front (on the eastern side), it is enclosed with a fence made of metal pickets and on the other sides, with a full stone wall adjusted with faults to the lay of the land. The entrance on the eastern side is closed with a double-wing gate made of crisscrossing metal rods, suspended on stone posts with envelope-shaped concrete covers. In the eastern corners of the fence, there are stylized stone towers covered with a shingled roof and surmounted with small stone crosses. The main element of the cemetery is a monument made of stone blocks in a shape similar to a shrine, with a shingled gable roof, situated in the line of the western fence. On the monument's face, there is a Latin cross.

The cemetery interior was divided into seven terraces according to the terrain slope, in parallel with the front fence line. The three bottom terraces, on which the graves are located, were reinforced with concrete retaining walls. The upper terraces, made without any land reinforcement, were significantly obliterated.

In the cemetery, there are tombstones in the form of:

- high stone pedestals surmounted with equal arm crosses,
- low stone stelae in the shape of a symmetrical pentagon, set on small walls.

On the tombstones, information about the buried is carved.

Sixty-three soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army, 29 soldiers of the German army and 10 soldiers of the Russian army were buried in 11 mass graves and 35 individual graves.
