The grave was built on a rectangular plan and is enclosed with a low metal fence set on a concrete wall base. The entrance closed with a single-wing gate was originally located on the south-eastern side and was preceded by stairs. On the axis of the rear fence, there is a stone pedestal with the “1914-1915” dates and a recess, which contains a stone urn. Behind the pedestal, there is a monument in the form of a concrete cross mounted on a three-step pedestal. At the shorter fence sides, there are two concrete tombstones in the form of massive equal arm crosses mounted on wide cuboidal pedestals. In the recesses of the pedestals, there are cast-iron plaques with information about the buried.
As a result of the widening of the road lane in November 2015, the historic entrance to the cemetery, along with the stairs leading to it, was removed. The new entrance is located in the left corner of the fence.
