The cemetery was built on a rectangular plan with a semi-circular annex on the northern side and is enclosed with massive stone posts with a concrete cover, connected by a fence made of metal rods. In the sections of the side and front fence, there are also smaller concrete posts. The entrance is preceded by stairs and closed with a four-wing gate made of metal rods with motifs of equal arm crosses. In the middle of the semi-circular annex, there is a monument in the form of a column placed on a stepped pedestal on a circular plan. The column is covered with a square board, under which there are four ancones with stylized stone wreaths of oak leaves. In the lower part of the column, there are the following inscriptions in German:

– “HELDEN STÜRMTEN DIESE HÖHE, DIE HELDEN VERTEIDIGTEN, UNSTERBLICHER RUHM KRÖNT DIE SIEGER”
– “ZUM GEDÄCHTNIS DER SIEGREICHEN KÄMPFE UM BEFREIUNG GALIZIENS AUS FEINDLICHER GEWALT”.

On the plinth wall, there is a bas-relief representing a helmet of an ancient warrior.

In the cemetery, there are tombstones in the form of massive concrete tripartite stelae surmounted with two-barred or Greek crosses. On the face of the stelae, there are embedded cast-iron plaques with information about the buried.
