The cemetery is located on the edge of the forest, east of the village Zoń .. It is built on an irregular polygon. From the north-east enclosed by a wall of stone, the rest of the stone pillars connected by wooden railings. The entrance to the cemetery is a wooden gate. The main element is high, wooden cross. The graves are arranged regularly in rows separated by the main avenue. There are, tombstones shaped openwork and lotaryńskich Latin crosses, which are mounted on concrete foundations. The cemetery also contains the Latin and crosses of Lorraine made ​​of iron bars.

In 30 mass graves and 17 individual buried 227 soldiers from the Austro-Hungarian army and 270 of the Russian army, who died in December 1914,
