The cemetery was established on a plan similar to a rectangle and is fenced with stone posts connected by pairs of metal pipes reinforced with metal clamps. The main entrance is on the eastern side. It is framed by high stone posts surmounted with Greek crosses and closed with a three-wing gate of iron rods. Another entrance is located on the eastern side. In the southern part of the cemetery, on an earth terrace surrounded by concrete posts, there is a brick chapel built on a square plan with truncated corners. Inside the chapel, there is an altar stone with a Latin cross. A plaque with the following inscription in German is embedded in the cross base:

“TROTZIG UND FEST, WIE DER/ BERG, HIELTEN WIR STAND/ DEN BEDRÄNGERN/ TREU UMARMT UNS/ DER GRUND, DEN WIR EINST/ LEBEND BETREUT.”

In the cemetery, there are tombstones in the form of concrete stelae of two sizes with cut corners and with a cast-iron Maltese cross or a two-barred cross placed on the face. Rectangular or oval enamelled plates with information about the buried are attached to the stelae below the crosses. Along the northern fence, there are 10 stone stelae with cast-iron Latin and two-barred crosses and cast-iron plaques. On one of the graves, there is an iron cross made of a flat bar framed with iron rods and covered with a small tiered gable roof. Two officers' graves are framed with concrete surrounds.

457 soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army and 218 soldiers of the Russian army, who were killed or died in the years 1914-1915, were buried in 57 mass and 267 individual graves. The names of 324 buried soldiers are known.
