The cemetery was built on a rectangular plan and is fenced with a stone wall covered with a shingle roof, adjusted with faults to the lay of the land. The entrance on the northern side is closed with a double-wing gate made of metal rods with Latin cross motifs and “24 XII 1914” dates. On one of the posts, there is a plaque with the following inscription: “CMENTARZ WOJENNY/ W ŁOWCZÓWKU/ grom. BOARD.).” The main element of the cemetery is a brick plastered chapel on a rectangular plan, covered with a high gable roof with a turret topped with a Latin cross. The entrance is preceded by two columns and closed with a double-wing wooden door. On the eastern side of the chapel, there is a stone with an embedded plaque with the following inscription: ”1914 – 1964”/ W 50 ROCZNICĘ KOLEGOM KTÓRZY Z NADZIEJĄ/ WYWALCZENIA POLSKI NIEPODLEGŁEJ/ W BOJU NA TYCH POLACH POZOSTAWILI SWO-/JE ŻYCIE W DNIACH 22-25.XII.1914 R./ KOLEDZY (1914-1964. ON THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY TO OUR FRIENDS WHO DIED STRUGGLING IN THESE FIELDS IN THE HOPE OF POLAND’S REGAINED INDEPENDENCE ON 22-25/12/1914/FRIENDS).”
The graves in front of the chapel are arranged symmetrically in rows on both sides of the cemetery's main alley. Behind the chapel, there are three semi-circular rows of graves, one row parallel to the southern fence and two round barrows.
In 1984, Brigadier General Gustaw Gryf Łowczowski, who participated in the Battle of Łowczówek, was buried in the cemetery. On the grave, there is a monument with two plaques with the following inscriptions:

Strzelców Karpackich/ zdobywców Bolonii 21.4.1945/ żołnierz z Bat./ 5 Pułku Piechoty-/ I Brygady Legionów Polskich/ pochowany wśród Kolegów/ z jego pierwszej bitwy w Łowczówku (1897 + 1984 Gustaw Dobek, Count Gryf Łowczowski, Polish Army General, Cavalier of Virtuti Militari. KW. KN. Legion of Honour FR. D. S. Order BR. Commander of the 3rd Carpathian Rifle Brigade Division, conquerors of Bologne 21/04/1945, soldiers of the 5th Battalion, of the 5th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade of Polish Legions. buried together with his comrades from the first battle of Łowczówek)”
- ”Tej wioski z dawna syn/ wierząc, że zbrojny czyn. da co się nam należy/ że da nam Polskę wolną./ Pod Łowczówkiem się bił, służył jej wedle sił,/ aż skończył drogę znojną/ i spoczął tak jak chciał,/ przy kolegach z młodości./ Prosi o dar litości, / by wieczny pokój miał. G.Ł./ Wojnicz 1897 - Londyn 1984 (The son from this village who believed that military acts should give us what we believe, give us free Poland. He struggled near Łowczówek to the best of his abilities. His existence ended and he took to rest with the friends from his youth. He begs for mercy so that he would rest in eternal peace. G. In the section, there are tombstones in the form of crosses mounted on concrete pedestals:
- cast-iron Latin crosses with a round shield at the arm crossing and with an enamelled plaque,
- cast-iron Latin crosses with the “1915” date,
- small cast-iron Maltese crosses with a laurel wreath motif,
- small cast-iron two-barred crosses.
512 soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army, the Russian army and the 1st Brigade of the Polish Legions, who were killed during the period from November 1914 to May 1915, were buried in 20 mass and 275 individual graves. The names of 156 buried soldiers are known.
