The cemetery is located on the top of the Furmaniec hill. It was established on a plan similar to a rectangle and is fenced with concrete posts imitating pillars made of stone blocks, covered with concrete covers of an original three-step form ended with an element of a circular cross-section. The posts are connected by pairs of metal pipes. Two entrances lead to the cemetery. The first one is on the south-western side. It is framed by two stone posts and closed with a double-wing gate. The other entrance is located on the south-eastern side and closed with an iron gate suspended on concrete posts.

The main element of the cemetery is a high, four-step massive pedestal made of stone blocks, on which a wooden Latin cross with a serrated glory around the arm crossing is placed. Originally, there was a high massive concrete cross on the pedestal. In recesses in the pedestal, there are "1914 1915" dates and a plaque with the following inscription in German: “TRAUERT NICHT DAß UNSER MUND VERSTUMMT IST/ UNSERE GRÄBER SOLLEN ZU EUCH SPRECHEN/ VON DER LIEBE ZUM VATERLAND.”
In the cemetery, there are two primary types of tombstones:

- large concrete tombstones in the form of equal arm crosses set on cuboidal pedestals with one or two recesses for enamelled plaques with details of the buried,
- flat bar Latin crosses with a glory around the arm crossing, set on concrete plinths,
- flat bar two-barred crosses set on concrete plinths.

137 soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army and 97 soldiers of the Russian army, who were killed in the years 1914-1915, were buried in 109 individual and 19 mass graves. The names of 68 buried soldiers are known.
