The cemetery consists of three sections connected by a long alley on both sides of the dirt road leading through Czarny Las to Gwoździec. The northern section was established on a plan similar to a circle with a small rectangular annex on the northern side. It is fenced with high concrete posts of an octagonal cross-section, connected by an iron chain and, from the north, with a short section of a stone wall with two built-in tombstones in the form of small concrete arcades with a cross in the opening. The entrance, framed by two high concrete posts with an octagonal base, is closed with a double-wing gate made of iron rods. The main element of the section and the entire cemetery is a stone monument situated on a terrace, forming a high stepped post surrounded by a concrete pergola. There are four stone Greek crosses on the upper facades of the monument. In the bottom part of the monument, there are memorial plaques with a small Maltese cross and the following inscriptions:
– “1914./ DER TRÄNEN MÜSST IHR WEHREN./ KEIN LEBEN HAT BESTAND./ WOHL DEM, DER STARB IN EHREN/ FÜR KAISER UND VATERLAND.”
– “ERDE, ICH WAR DIR GUT -/ ERDE DU TRANKST MEIN BLUT/ ERDE, ICH STARB FÜR DICH-/ ERDE NUN SCHIRMST DU MICH.”
Between the beams supporting the pergola, there are built-in concrete Latin crosses with cast-iron openwork crosses placed on the face - two Latin and two two-barred ones. Wide concrete stairs lead to the monument at the front.
The middle section was established on a rectangular plan and is fenced with octagonal concrete posts connected by a chain. On both sides, along the alley that runs through the section, there are rows of graves formed into small barrows with tombstones in the form of concrete stelae. On one side of the alley, there are stelae surmounted with cast-iron Maltese crosses, on the other side - surmounted with cast-iron two-barred crosses.
The southern section was established on a plan similar to a rectangle crossed with an ellipse, with a small rectangular annex on the northern side. It is fenced with concrete posts of an octagonal cross-section, connected by an iron chain. The entrance, located on the northern side, is closed with a double-wing gate of wooden pickets. The main element of the cemetery is a concrete monument forming a Latin cross set on a two-step plinth. In the section, there are tombstones in the form of:
- stelae with truncated upper corners, with a rectangular recess with truncated upper corners, surmounted with a Latin cross,
- large stelae with truncated upper corners, with a rectangular recess closed with a semicircle, surmounted with a Latin cross.
