The cemetery was established on a rectangular plan with a small rectangular annex on the southern side and is fenced with posts of concrete blocks, connected by pairs of metal pipes, in the front part - with a motif of the Star of David. The entrance is on the northern side. It is closed with a double-wing gate made of pipes with a motif of the Star of David. The main element of the cemetery is a stone monument wall ended with a gentle arch, flanked with short wall sections on both sides. All these elements are covered with concrete covers.

In front of the wall there is a wide arched stele with an embedded plaque with the following inscription: “+ 1914 – 1915/ UNS TOTEN IST NUR DEREN SCHRITT WILLKOMMEN,/ DIE WÜRDIG SIND DER FRÜCHTE UNSERER SIEGE.” In the cemetery, there are four rows of graves arranged symmetrically, two on both sides of the axis connecting the entrance and the monument wall. In each row, on a shared concrete foundation, there are three arched concrete matzevahs with a motif of the Star of David and oval enamelled plates with information about the buried. It is the only independent war cemetery for soldiers of the Jewish faith in Małopolska.

Eleven soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army and one soldier of the Russian army, all of whom were of the Jewish faith and were killed or died in 1915, were buried in 12 individual graves. The names of all the buried soldiers are known.
